CERTavia's services and offerings are directed exclusively at businesses, legal entities under public law, and public-law special funds. No contracts are concluded with consumers (private individuals).
Because CERTavia provides services exclusively to businesses, there is neither the willingness nor the obligation to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The EU Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform does not apply to purely commercial services.

Invoicing is carried out by Litzki Systems LLC, Florida, USA. For B2B customers in the DACH region, the reverse-charge mechanism (transfer of tax liability) applies to electronic and other services in accordance with applicable international tax regulations.
